Return Policy
Coffee & Tea
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept these as returns. If your coffee or tea package is damaged, please keep the bags in their original packaging, take photos, and contact us within a day of receiving any damaged order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Your experience is important to us. Please email us at orders@splittingbrews.com.
Drinkware
If you receive a broken or defective item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. You must submit a photo of the item and proof of purchase within 24 hours to orders@splittingbrews.com. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
Please Note: Tea Infusers are non-refundable

Contact us to discuss your situation; however, refunds or replacements will considered for damaged or defective items. To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return any items to the manufacturer. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
