Shipping policy
Shipping is limited to the U.S. Only.
After order placement (except Holidays), we begin processing within 48 - 72 hours. Coffee and Tea orders typically arrive within 5 - 8 business days, and Necessities arrive within 7 - 10 business days. We are closed during ALL Major holidays. Orders received immediately before or during these times will be processed after.
Be sure the receiving address is correct, as Splitting Brews Tea & Coffee is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Costs for packages to be sent to a corrected or alternate address may be incurred by the customer. If we find any address issues when preparing for shipping in our systems, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
Any delays will be communicated promptly via email. Please communicate any changes or cancellations within two hours of order placement; No changes can be made once an order has shipped. Email your name and order number to orders@splittingbrews.com.
We will do our best to provide the best shipping options for our customers, though most of our shipping is via UPS or USPS and is subject to change at our discretion.
*Due to uncertainties like distance or unexpected events, shipping times may vary. For reference, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility therefore we do not guarantee arrival times. If your coffee or tea package is damaged, please keep the bags in their original packaging and take photos. Contact us within a day of receiving any damaged order via email at orders@splittingbrews.com.
